Can You Experience (CYE) respect your privacy and we guarantee you will receive no unwanted spam from us. We do not share your personal information with any other third party, or any other website.
For all events, CYE requests medical details for each client, to be used by our staff in an emergency, first aid situation. In accordance with the Data Protection Act, medical details of clients are not processed on computer. For insurance purposes CYE holds clients medical details on paper files in a secure location for a period of 2 years for adults, and until a child reaches the age of 18. When this time is over the files are destroyed. Clients are only required to disclose medical information they deem relevant to the activity being undertaken.
Personal information gained from CYE disclaimer forms is only processed at the customers’ request, when this is the case it is only used for CYE’s own marketing purposes.

CYE has no control over the content of websites accessed from our links page.

WHAT WE COLLECT
Your personal details and those of your children as submitted via the ‘make a booking’, ‘make an enquiry’ or ‘register for our newsletter’ buttons on the website or via our staff managed Booking Form.
WE DO NOT HOLD CARD DETAILS
We do not hold your credit or debit card details. CYE website uses a Tokenisation system managed by our secure Merchant Services provider Sage Pay.
WHAT WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION WE GATHER
CYE will collect and store your information for the purpose of delivering services to you that you have requested. We will never pass your information to any party outside of
CYE unless required by law to do so. We will never sell or lease your personal information.
If you have signed up for the newsletter or if you have purchases CYE services we will include you on our mailing list for our regular newsletter and occasional news of CYE promotions and offers.
If you have worked at CYE you will also be included automatically on our mailing list. You can opt out of this communication permanently at any time.
